Minimums // For all custom orders, we require a minimum order base total of $2,500.00. We may be able to accommodate your order if you will not meet these requirements. Please reach out to inquire!

Fees // We charge a Service Fee on all custom gifting orders that covers design*, sourcing, assembly, and delivery* according to our terms and conditions. The Service Fee is based upon gifting type and ranges from 15% to 25%. Generally: Wedding Welcome - 25% // Corporate Gifting, Altitude Kits, and Arrival Baskets - 20% // Custom Product Orders - 15%. Orders subject to rush timing or requiring extensive labor and/or customization may be subject to additional fees. You may download our full fees sheet here.

Lead Time // We require, at minimum, 45 days from your Gifting Date for our custom design process for all custom gifting orders. This allows approximately two weeks for design and 30 days for production. Please inquire if your timeline is shorter than this as expedited gifting may be available for a fee. Timing of Curated Kit orders is subject to stock availability.

Gifting Date // Your Gifting Date is the date we will deliver or ship your gifts. As an example, for a Saturday wedding with local delivery, the Gifting Date is typically the Thursday before. After design and confirmation of your estimate, a non-refundable 50% deposit is due to reserve your Gifting Date. We only take up to three events per weekend and cannot hold your Gifting Date without having a paid deposit. Once confirmed, we cannot guarantee any change to your Gifting Date.  

Delivery* // Our Service Fee includes delivery at up to 8 locations in the Aspen core over a single Gifting Date. Delivery to private residences and/or vacation rentals is not included in the Service Fee. Additional locations, locations outside of the Aspen core, additional delivery days, and/or delivery to private residences or vacation rentals may be available for a fee. Please inquire for current rates and availability.

Shipping // We ship anywhere in the contiguous United States. Shipping fees are not included in the Service Fee. International shipping may be available upon client inquiry.

Design* // We require payment of a $250 Design Fee prior to releasing any custom gift design. This amount is non-refundable, but is credited towards your order. Please allow a two week turnaround for your custom design deck after payment of your Design Fee. All custom gift design and related correspondence, original art, and visuals are the property of Bundles Gift Co. and are copyrighted with all rights reserved.

Getting Started // The best way to jump into your gift design is to create an account on our site and browse our Catalog using the heart icons to save the things you love. Don’t be afraid to cast a broad net! You can then submit this to us as a “wishlist” from you My Account Page. We will use your wishlist as a starting point to begin the design process. Or, if you have a fairly clear vision for your gifts or a la carte kits, feel free to send us what you’d like to include using the contact form below.

Event Cancellation // What if my event gets cancelled and I no longer need my gifting? As we order product specifically for each client and do not carry general inventory, after payment in full is received, we cannot modify, cancel, or refund your order.

Event Postponement // If the date you need your gifts changes, we cannot guarantee our availability on your new Gifting Date. If we can accommodate your new Gifting Date, any perishable product that has already been ordered will need to be re-ordered for the new Gifting Date, at the Client’s cost, depending on availability.

Order Modification // After payment in full is received, we cannot modify, cancel, or refund your order.

Determining Gifting Quantity // Single attendees, couples, children, families - we know figuring out how many gifts you need can get complicated and we are here to help you get it right! A general rule of thumb is to gift per RSVP and we can adjust specific item quantities within the gifts to reflect a gift for one person versus for two people and so on. We know quantities can change up until your RSVP’s come back, so we don’t ask for final gifting numbers until 30 days out from your Gifting Date.

Destinations Beyond Colorado // While we are based in Aspen, CO, we are love creating custom and unique gifts for events and occasions outside our valley as well and would be happy to work with you no matter where your event is being held!

What To Include // For custom gifting, decide on a vessel that your recipients will love and that also fits your event’s style. You will want to select snacks, beverages, and practical items that suit your destination, like one of our Altitude Kits. And of course, you will want to choose a great keepsake or local memento to remind them of your amazing affair. We generally recommend selecting 5-7 items per gift, depending on the vessel and event logistics.

Outside Products // If you have items you’ve already obtained that you’d like to include in your gifts, we can typically include these items for you as long as you get them to us and they arrive at least 3 days before your gifting date. This includes paper items, like a welcome note or itinerary, as well as gift contents. Outside products may be subject to stocking and/or porterage fees, at our discretion.

Additional Products // If you have a clear vision of what you want to include in your gifts and don’t see the products in our Catalog… no problem! Let’s have a conversation about your vision and we can dive into your gift design from there.

Alcohol, Tobacco, and Marijuana // We do not currently sell alcohol, tobacco, or THC products. However, if you’d like to include items in these categories in your gifts, you may purchase them on your own and we can to include them in the gifts before delivery in Colorado. Bundles cannot ship gifts that have alcohol, tobacco, or THC products. Client warrants that all gift recipients are of legal age.

Carrier Delays // Bundles Gift Co. is not responsible for delays or errors on behalf of third-party vendors or shipping carriers.

Porterage // Some hotels charge porterage fees to store and distribute welcome gifts. Typically, this ranges from $3-$8 per gift to distribute at guest check-in or $8-$15 to place in the guest’s room prior to their arrival. These fees will be paid by Bundles’ Gift Co. upon delivery and then invoiced to the client with the final invoice. 

“Undeliverables”  //  For gifts being delivered to private residences or vacation rentals, we require your permission in writing to leave the gift if no one answers when delivery is attempted. Or, you may provide a backup delivery location to drop these “undeliverable” gifts. This location is typically delivery to your event planner, the location of a welcome event, or to your main hotel block under a specific name. In the summer months, all “undeliverable” gifts must be dropped at a backup location instead of left at the address due to wildlife.

Wedding Party “Proposal” Gifts // We have a selection of curated wedding party “proposal” gifts available to ship, typically within two-weeks of your order date. If you are interested in creating something custom for your best ladies and gentlemen, we are happy to curate these for you as long as your order meets a minimum of $2500 or 15 gifts.

Gifting Seasons // We take a break from custom wedding party gift design from June-October to focus on producing gifting for our summer weddings and events. You can also check out our Ready to Gift Selections if you are looking for wedding party “proposal” gifts during this time.

2025 Custom Gifting // Our gift design for 2025 events will begin in October of 2025. But, please don’t hesitate to go ahead and reach out if your inquiry is for a 2025 event so we can have you on our future client list!
